So, Gurkan has pointed me to http://seamframework.org/Weld/Development which documents the TCK as AL2. There's not NOTICE file covering these files. So, I don't see any *required* attribution. We could add a header (and might be preferred). However, since we've consumed from a separate project, I'll be ok with this for now. Will expect to see this handled more clearly in a future release.
