FYI CDI TCK are green on tomee project (embedded and standalone) @Gerhard: if still the same issue related to session/request scopes it is a bug of CdiCtrl API more than an OWB one so can (should) be fixed in deltaspike not there (note that OpenWebBeansContextControl doesn't respect the spec and therefore cdictrl behavior doesn't work and both statements are very compatible).
