So one open question I had was "where do we store the videos?" (transcripts can be on Wiki, but not sure Confluence Wiki can store videos (meant for simple templates, UML, pages, etc.).
We do have an existing YouTube channel... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbzgShnQk8F43NKsvEYA1SA Would that be suitable (with cross-linking to Wiki/agenda/meeting notes)?
