Hi Alessandro,

the error message blow is not from creating new tickets from email. It's
from the customer panel (see trace back or/and have a closer look to
your whole error log).

Anyway, maybe you changed the default ticket priority, queue or state
(see: http://doc.otrs.org/2.0/en/html/c1525.html and
http://doc.otrs.org/2.0/en/html/c1548.html)
