Whenever I try to create a new ticket and click on send mail, I get the following error. Software error: Cant write /opt/otrs/var/log/Ticketcounter.log: at ../..//Kernel/System/Ticket/Number/DateChechsum.pm line 87 Please help as it is urgent. Regards, Amit Jain
