Thanks for looking into this. In that case we will set up the same with github discussions (archive the discussions to a mailing list).
Regarding not everyone having a github account, while this is a valid concern wrt to specific Pekko/Scala community its extremely rare for anyone to not have a github account. Also the mailing lists still do exist for people that don't have/don't want Github account (as noted with Apache Airflow there are still some discussions on mailing list, it's just not typical).
