I guess most people voted on the original proposal - first email in thread. Maybe that email can be misinterpreted but it was generally just to ask if we want Github Projects enabled.
There was no mention of how it was meant to be used and what information, if any ends up on the dev mailing list. These rules could be voted on separately or we could cancel this vote and come back later with a more detailed resolution to vote on. I think maybe cancelling this vote is the best way to go.
