PJ, In most of the projects I work on after the vote concludes the results in published in an email with "[RESULT]" prepended to the original subject. So for this one it would be:
"[RESULT][VOTE] use Github discussions feature" however I think I have also seen it with the "[VOTE]" removed: "[RESULT] use Github discussions feature" We should probably discuss this and decide how to announce the results.
