I think, it's the other way round, see https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/staging/org/apache/pekko/pekko-parsing_2.12/1.0.0-RC2/pekko-parsing_2.12-1.0.0-RC2.pom which shows <info.apiURL>https://pekko.apache.org/api/pekko-http/1.0.0-RC2/</info.apiURL> For me, the build from the source zip then had the current link and I fixed it by overriding `ThisBuild / version` and `ThisBuild / isSnapshot`. Note, that you might create a SNAPSHOT version accidentally by having an unclean working directory (e.g. by using a custom version of sbt-reproducible-build).
