I think, it's the other way round, see

which shows

For me, the build from the source zip then had the current link and I
fixed it by overriding `ThisBuild / version` and `ThisBuild /
isSnapshot`.

Note, that you might create a SNAPSHOT version accidentally by having
an unclean working directory (e.g. by using a custom version of
sbt-reproducible-build).
