I can do this.
bq. You can force to not upgrade by setting the NO_UPGRADE_ATTRIB. See below
code in QueryUtil.
But I have tried this it's not have any affect. I have not seen any where it's
getting used to control upgrade. I will check still why it's going by upgrade
even on this attribute.
