Hi Ting, Yupeng PQL endpoint removal won't affect any existing deployments (using PQL) unless they upgrade to the new version of Pinot not having PQL endpoints. I am not sure how the deployment and release model is at Uber. Do you go from one Apache release to another or have some daily/weekly deployment of the latest build from Pinot master ? Maybe you can explore not upgrading to the next Pinot release until June 2021 when PQL to SQL migration is completed in Uber. If this is not possible, we can explore deprecating and disabling the endpoint. Keeping the PQL endpoint for long might just increase PQL usage.
