It was my mistake. I mean Repeat function, not Redo function.
I build version for Linux and Windows for our localization and in both version 
on Repeat function in Writer is assigned F12 which do not repeat last action 
but turns on/off numbering. In Calc on Repeat function is assigned F3 which 
is working.
