Ah, you *invite* me to do some nitpicking, now don't complain :)

- make the table cell background somewhat brighter. Black on dark gray
  isn't very readable, IMO.

- That's very much subject to personal likings, but:
  background-color odd and even rows differently, and get rid of the
  cell spacings

- Not sure whether it would make sense to have all answers & questions
  on the same side (as in the old layout), with only an index at the top
  (but please not *bold* this time, this hurts).
  My personal reading habits would prefer this, but I am not sure how
  much this is representative :)
  An advantage would be easier searching, since we're probably not able
  to offer a search functionality over all FAQs.

- Hey, why not? Let's add a search box which directs to
http://www.google.com/search?hl=de&q=<search_text>+site%3Auser-faq.openoffice.org

- Not much more. Personally, I'd always liked to play around with some
  CSS or JS features (e.g. for round corners, colorful section
  headings, hover-effects of links, and such), but the use of those
  for the reader might in fact be rather limited :)
