No I asked a simple question which you have not bothered to answer. Your
opinion you have given but I want a definitive answer.

Sorry, http://www.openoffice.org/scdocs/issue_lifecycle.html still reads
the same as before. 

Please update with your definitions so that it all makes sense and we
are on the same page. As it stands, I accept what is on
http://www.openoffice.org/scdocs/issue_lifecycle.html as being valid.
Until you impose your definitions these are what I will use.
