no, as it seems more obvious to me to report issues about testtool
where they are spotted.

What if the problem is testtool or the qatesttool scripts and not a
problem that testtool found. I found a MAJOR problem with the
b_updt.bas file and Mac OS X and incorrectly reported problems.
