It is a tool which is used for QA interests. But the tool/code isn't
hosted by a QA member. All other sub-components in QA are hosted by QA
members.
I do not know, which could be the best component for TestTool. But in
my opinion it is better placed in a development component - perhaps
'framework'.
The framework project is so kind to welcome all the CVS modules related
to the product.
It would be a fine gesture of the QA project to welcome a component with
such a close relation to QA and Gregor as owner. I guess 10 out of 10
people would look in QA if they have a problem with the testtool...
