This is a question, AFAIK/IIRC, for OOo 2.2, yes I know that QA team have been committing to ooo220 after the release of en-US. IIRC, jogi told that TestTool team must reduce the number of error to zero. I'm not sure what purpose you are doing such things, but what is the role of testtool is not clear for me.
