Hi Per,
could you ask the reporter of the problem, if the wizards
(file/wizards/letter ...) work in the office. Perhaps he/she has a
problem with Java in the OOo.
We had a similar problem on one test machine. I do not know which tool
was installed. But it corrupts the Java on the system on that way, that
OOo couldn't work with that Java. I do not found an issue now.
