after starting the office a second time the registration dialog
shouldn't started again. So after that hang the office should work.
But perhaps all parts which uses Java doesn't work in that installation.
Therefore the tester should try to start the Wizard, which uses Java.

We had a similar problem on one test machine. I do not know which tool
was installed. But it corrupts the Java on the system on that way,
that OOo couldn't work with that Java. I do not found an issue now.
