The french reporter cannot pass the registration dialog which hangs,
and.must kill OOo, as I understand it.
I've got two screenshots which I can send if you like.

We had a similar problem on one test machine. I do not know which tool
was installed. But it corrupts the Java on the system on that way,
that OOo couldn't work with that Java. I do not found an issue now.
