Looks like someone is testing this..
Received two emails in my inbox for the change to 'closed'.
Then received two emails telling they are being rolled back.
Then two emails when set 'verified' again.
The email body shows that changes where made to two issues, both of
which have me in the CC list.
So - if a mass change is made to 100 issues, with say 30 that having me
as CC or Reporter - 30 emails?
