David/Steve: Are you looking to restore the static windows builds for 0.5?

Andrea : Thanks I'll get the gz & zip artefacts in to the next build.

Aidan: I'll check the Qpid-MC tar files are actually the type the say they are.

Does anyone else have any issues with RC1 they want resolved for the
next build, the above three issues are the only ones that I know of
currently.

If no-one else has any other issues they wish to raise then I will be
looking to start a vote on RC-2.
