I imagine someone else already proposed this

to edit RSS and Atom in a way similar to how it can currently be done
with the stylesheet. I mean into a independent tab or something, so it
can contain templates ...or something

just testing, I did a rss xml file with velocity in templates
(http://www.transitorio.cl/weblog/page/rssTitulos) but, as far as I
can understand, it doesn't function as the one that Roller generates

but it doesn't need to restart Roller :D
