I'm too swamped to read this whole thread, but one note: Ant doesn't need to
build CSS-only themes. The examples that use them only need to use
-theme=<path to .css file>

as I said in the my last email, someone should contribute the ANT builds
for each theme.
In that way, since at some time I'll be uploading the other half of themes,
those themes can go with the right ANT build.
Think that all Jewel themes are about 140, and I uploaded around 70.
