Please  describe what problems do you have. Let's assume:

1) You have new nightly build
2) You have setup it in Moonshine
3) Go to folder with downloaded SDK find there folder with HelloWorld [1]
4) Open that in Moonshine, choose from menu Build and Run with JavaScript.

Report any problems by providing screenshots, console outputs etc.
