Yes download this one -> apache-royale-0.9.6-bin-js.zip. Unzip it and in
Moonshine choose menu File -> Settings -> Default SDK -> Point to folder
"royale-asjs".

No you don't clone respository. If you are going to use framework as an
developer without need of changing it, fix bugs etc. it is enough if you
download Nightly. You can build your own pom.xml file for your application
in order to build it. In order to build with Maven there is possiblity that
you will need to use settings file available in downloaded SDK
"settings-template.xml". However I would not bother with that - Run first
hello world.

You don't have to remove npm. It won't interfere with anything, but
probably you won't use it so you in general can remove it.
