To all This proposal doesn't have a conflict or plan to change the mechanism of being committer or PMC. They are different. Committer and PMC are considered by the contributions to the community in various ways. As reviewers, they are focusing on the main repo codes about core features, documentation and bug fix.
So, please don't consider this as a pressure, I just want to explore a new way to make the change more stable and have more eyes on the PRs officially.
