I'll try to find some time to push this through (anyone more responsive can
feel free to snipe it away).
Reading over the docs, I think there are two things I need to ask of you at
this point:
1. Verify that the proper CLAs are filed for the current ownership of KOYA
(ICLAs and/or CCLAs).

A software grant must be provided to the ASF. This grant can either be done by
the ASF Corporate CLA (via Schedule B) or the traditional License Agreement.
Acceptable methods of sending the grant to the ASF includes:
snail-mail to the ASF office and/or ASF officer
FAXing to the ASF office and/or an ASF officer
Emailing the scanned document to [email protected] and
[email protected].

2. Create a tarball of the exact code that is being imported (just so I don't
pull the wrong stuff) and include an MD5 (your people.a.o space is a simple
place to put the tarball).
