Yeah; please post a PR to fix that. I also found that the changelog contains some "important notes" at the top that shouldn't be labelled as such IMO. No big deal. I also noticed some changelog formatting glitches. I have fixes for them committed but I don't want to respin an RC merely because of these so I'll attempt to update the changelog accordingly on our website after the release, even though the content/HTML in the releases are as we see them now.
I tested the Docker images locally and re-ran the rolling upgrade test against main but upgrading from the 9.11 images I locally built. Passed.
