Whoa! You've got me completely wrong here. I do not have any ulterior motives. It was with careful consideration that I raised this ticket. I didn't want it to turn into a flame-war or to start flinging accusations around.... The whole point of the ticket isn't to debate URIBL policies on how the list is handled - that is entirely up to the list admins and the mirrors.
