RCVD_IN_DNSWL_HI  -5
RCVD_IN_DNSWL_MED  -2
RCVD_IN_DNSWL_LOW  -0.5

Based upon current performance I believe these scores would be appropriate.  I
think we should adjust these and returnpath's scores on-the-fly with sa-update
as we have more carefully examined their performance over time.

Any objections?
