>From my perspective, this ticket currently encompasses 2 new rules, 1 really
new rule and disabling 6 existing rules.  I don't consider it a trivial rule
change but I think other than the RP_RNBL, you, I, Justin and Alex are (I
think) agreeing to submitting the patch I attached and seeing what masscheck
shows.
