The attached sample message does receive a 127.0.0.3 from zen.spamhaus.org: dbg: dns: hit <dns:149.118.63.74.zen.spamhaus.org> 127.0.0.3 but then all I get is a __RCVD_IN_ZEN hit (of the relevant rules).
