According to ReleasePolicy, that's enough votes for the release candidate
(beta) Warren proposed.

That's two PMC members, one more needed for a "full (general availability)"
release, when that time comes.  Based on recent activity on this list,
I'm guessing Karsten Bräckelmann and Daryl C. W. O'Shea are most likely,
which is excitingly more than enough.
