* Builds correctly (did not run tests)

Some nits:
* The source distribution contains a bunch of IntelliJ files that should
not be there
* The source distribution is missing the following files:
- sqoop/dist/src/main/bin: sqoop2-server
- sqoop/dist/src/main/bin: sqoop2-shell
- sqoop/dist/src/main/bin: sqoop2-tool
- sqoop/dist/src/main/server/bin: setenv.bat
