^ Doesn't the same apply to the Kafka Spout? i.e., ideally you want 1 spout
per Kafka partition, so if you increase the number of Kafka partitions for a
topic, then you need to increase the number of spouts to distribute the
workload? (I've not really followed all the kafka spout rewrite logic, but
I'm not sure how you would overcome that basic proposition anyways.)
