Hi Praneesha, I only have some minor observations:
1) Cartridges are presented as if the user is already aware of cartridges: "The cartridge concept allows the users of Apache Stratos to develop and run their own cartridges using any language or framework. " maybe something like this? "Stratos manages application using Cartridges. The cartridge concept allows the users of Apache Stratos to develop and run their own cartridges using any language or framework. " 2) It may be useful to give a simple definition of polyglot in terms of what that means to Stratos. "Apache Stratos supports polyglot environments including PHP, MySQL, and can be extended to support many more. " There is a definition of polyglot on wikipedia, but it doesn't really make sense for Stratos and will just confuse readers: "In computing, a polyglot is a computer program or script written in a valid form of multiple programming languages, which performs the same operations or output independent of the programming language used to compile or interpret it." - Wikipedia We should probably provide a footnote with something like this: "Polyglot: It’s an environment that uses multiple languages simultaneously." - http://blog.smartbear.com/cloud-computing/polyglot-no-one-language-will-rule-the-cloud/ Many thanks, Chris On Fri, Apr 18, 2014 at 6:34 AM, Praneesha Chandrasiri <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all, > > Appreciate your valuable input in $subject, which can be found in [1] > please. > > [1] > https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STRATOS/4.0.0+Introducing+Apache+Stratos > -- > Thanks & Best Regards, > Praneesha Chandrasiri > Technical Writer > WSO2 Inc. > Mobile: +(94) 718156888 > E-mail: [email protected] > -- Check out my professional profile and connect with me on LinkedIn. http://lnkd.in/cw5k69
