A couple of people have offered (on infra@) to upgrade our Bugzilla
installation to a newer version. The hold-up has been that we don't
want to do that on nagoya, and we don't yet know which of the new
machines it would be installed on.

It's well worth pointing out that, IMO, what sucks is the current ASF
installation of Bugzilla. I used to be in the camp of "get rid of that
piece of junk" until I saw what Bugzilla *could* be like. With a newer
version, and a better configuration of the UI, we could have a much,
much more usable Bugzilla installation at the ASF. I've seen Bugzilla
installations that I like better than our current JIRA installation.

So, I am +/-0 on switching to JIRA. The JIRA installation we have
right now is way ahead of the Bugzilla installation we have now, but a
well-configured Bugzilla installation would be on a par with, or
better than, JIRA.
