I gotta ask, what projects/subprojects are going to be included with a
1.3 release? And what version numbers are we going to give them? "Taglib 1.3.0"?
I guess the question is if we are ready to do the full release process for each subproject first. I'd imagine we would roll all the subproject releases, version numbers starting at 1.0 as if they were a new project, then add them to the Struts "distribution". We'll have to take some care to minimize the confusion of users by making the release as seamless and coherent as possible.
