I have, thanks for asking Jack?  The idea for Clay actually came from some work 
done at CDOS.  A similar idea but built on Struts 1.1 
(http://www.sos.state.co.us/dtd/struts-extension.dtd).  We called it rustts, an 
anagram of struts.  

Other than this public e-filing system (http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz) and a 
few internal Struts applications, I currently work for a company that manages 
various retirement plans for many customers, state agencies and institutions 
(http://www.greatwest.com/), parts powered by Struts.  

Those experiences, of course, are outside the merit of this community.
