I don't have a problem with Maven running the Ant plugin to generate Ant build files when building the distribution,
including nightlies. I don't think we'll be checking those files in, and maintaining them, however.
Will that be adequate for your needs?

files, right? Would it not be prudent to leave the Ant scripts in the
releases for those of us working in companies that have not yet approved
