Don, I've been off the list for a while now but can you explain why this is a completely separate JIRA instance from the other ASF projects? Why not use the existing one at http://issues.apache.org/jira?
+1 (as always) for migrating to JIRA. I find Bugzilla to be unbearable compared to JIRA. I just don't see why a separate instance is needed.
