Well, it's under our nose: how many Struts users are contributors?
Currently Struts is a worldwide project deployed in thousands of
projects, but how many of them are contributors? And how many of them
still uses Struts 1.1?
Since Tiles is a niche project (optimistically 1/100 of Struts users) we
must expect a much smaller contribution.
