Not really about this issue as I can't reproduce that here, but: Neon versions 0.29.0-0.29.2 have a regression in connecting to several https servers. On sites that run a proxy or a non-apache subversion host (E.g. codeplex) you can see timeouts on connection close time. I would recommend sticking with 0.28.x or using 0.29.3 (Released last Monday) for binary releases. Bert
