Thanks Bence & Max for this push!

We're definitely due for the big 1.0 label. Having spent years working with
most of the other BI tools out there, Superset is surprisingly feature rich
for an open source option.
The 1.0 label would help us all celebrate the relative maturity of the
project and the project's graduation from the ASF incubator. As an avid
user of pandas, I distinctly remember the build up and launch to pandas 1.0
and the value of celebrating the key milestone (even though that project
had some important ways to go as well).

As a new committer, I've been enjoying the stability of bleeding `master`
(I pull down daily) and the improvements over the last few months. I saw a
demo of a 6 month old version of Superset today and it was hard to
recognize, compared to what we have in master right now.

I'm all for rallying towards this big, big milestone 🚀
