This is not the same. We vote on the source distribution that enables a user to build the project. This is at http://people.apache.org/~mlusetti/tapestry-releases/apache-tapestry-5.3.1-sources.zip . Everything else is just there for the user's convenience, especially since a user can't do anything useful with the source jars. If I can't verify the integrity of that source archive I'm -1.
