We’ve been thinking about this from the other side too: how much context is useful for tooling without making the human-facing description harder to read. A short summary that answers what changed, why it changed, and what might be affected seems more useful than trying to put every piece of context into the main description. The extra detail can still be available for AI tools and automation, but I’d keep the first layer optimized for the person reviewing the change. The interesting part is that as AI-generated PRs become more common, we probably need better conventions for separating human-readable context from machine-readable context.
