fix issue with cpp server on Windows (WSAStartup wasn't called)
Hello!
I tried to launch C++ server on Windows OS and found a bug - TServerSocket
can't start to listen because WSAStartup wasn't called.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/andrey-agenosov/thrift master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
