Version 2 is technically not possible because there is already an 
openejb-core-2.x (codehaus), 3.x , 4.x
This is simpl a dead end.

Version 5 is hmm weird somehow. Why do you like 5.0? because of openejb? Well, 
that would be ok as well.

Oh no it is. It not only hurts during release but it also _badly_ hurts on 
customer projects. Which version to use on what artifact? This is always a 
major source of confusion.

I also like TomEE-7.0 best.
