Just to clarify, this is _my_ view and not community decision or thoughts.

I am fully aware of javax namespace change and the value to keep
maintaining TomEE 8.x longer
By the way, I did _not_ propose to move TomEE 8.x to EOL.

I said, move TomEE 8.x to maintenance, so we can use master for TomEE 9.x
with a target EE 9.
